Wysdom League is a product owned and operated by LEARNEEZI AI LABS PRIVATE LIMITED (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
By accessing or using the Wysdom League mobile application or any related services (“Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
1. NATURE OF THE PLATFORM
Wysdom League is a free-to-play, skill-based social game created solely for entertainment purposes.
• The Platform is designed for engagement and entertainment only
• Rewards, if any, are provided purely as motivation
• Rewards are not guaranteed for any game
Wysdom League is not a gambling platform, not a betting platform, and not a wagering platform.
2. FREE PARTICIPATION – NO PURCHASES
• The Platform is completely free to use
• No purchases can be made for gameplay
• No money is required to participate in any game
• No paid entries, paid advantages, or paid upgrades exist
All points, tokens, and crowns:
• Cannot be purchased
• Cannot be transferred outside the platform
• Cannot be traded
• Cannot be redeemed for cash
They have no monetary value outside the Platform and cannot be exchanged for anything of value outside the Platform.
3. SKILL-BASED GAMES ONLY – NO LUCK INVOLVED
All games on Wysdom League are purely skill-based.
• No element of luck or chance is involved at any stage
• Outcomes depend on:
– Speed of response
– Accuracy of answers
– Persistence
– Continued engagement
– Other relevant skill-based factors
The Platform uses a proprietary ranking algorithm that explicitly eliminates luck and chance.
4. RANKING SYSTEM
• Rankings are determined by a proprietary algorithm
• The algorithm considers performance-based and engagement-based metrics
• Randomisation or chance is not used in rankings
The Company’s decisions on rankings are final and binding.
5. POINTS, TOKENS, AND CROWNS
• Points, tokens, and crowns are virtual indicators only
• They exist solely within the Platform ecosystem
• Accumulation does not guarantee rewards
• The Company reserves the right to modify, reset, or discontinue them
6. REWARDS AND PRIZES
• Rewards are not guaranteed for any game
• Rewards are offered only as motivation
• Rewards may or may not be announced for any game
If rewards are announced:
• They may be funded by sponsors or the Company
• Reward details will be declared separately
The Company reserves the right to:
• Modify rewards
• Reduce rewards
• Replace rewards
• Cancel rewards entirely
7. NO LIABILITY FOR REWARD NON-FULFILMENT
Even if rewards are announced and a game is completed:
• Sponsors may withdraw
• The Company may be unable to distribute rewards
• Rewards may be cancelled without notice
The Company shall not be liable for:
• Non-distribution of rewards
• Sponsor withdrawal
• Financial inability to fulfil rewards
• Any expectation, loss, or claim arising from rewards
Participation in a game, including winning, does not guarantee rewards of any kind, even if rewards were announced, declared, or promised.
8. TAXATION
If rewards are distributed:
• Applicable taxes will be deducted as per Indian law
• No prior or written intimation is required for tax deductions
• Participants are solely responsible for any additional tax liability
The Company bears no responsibility for individual tax compliance.
9. KYC AND ELIGIBILITY FOR REWARDS
Rewards will not be issued to participants who:
• Do not possess a valid government-issued ID
• Do not possess a valid PAN card
• Provide details that do not match official records
KYC verification is mandatory for reward eligibility.
10. CONTENT DISCLAIMER
The Company shall not be held responsible or liable for:
• Errors in questions or answers
• Inaccurate or incomplete content
• Typographical or technical mistakes
All evaluations, scoring, and interpretations are final.
11. COMPANY DISCRETION
• Reward distribution is solely at the Company’s discretion
• Participants cannot demand rewards under any circumstances
• No disputes regarding rewards, rankings, or scores will be entertained
12. FAIR USE AND MISUSE
Users must not:
• Manipulate gameplay or rankings
• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools
• Exploit loopholes or system vulnerabilities
The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts without notice.
13. AGE REQUIREMENT
By using the Platform, you confirm that either:

16. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
• These Terms are governed by the laws of India
• All legal matters shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka

DECLARATION
Wysdom League is a totally free, skill-based social entertainment platform.
Rewards are optional, purely motivational, and not guaranteed, even in cases where rewards are announced before a game and later cancelled.
All games are intended solely for entertainment, social awareness, and social bonding, and rewards should not be a factor in deciding participation.
Outcomes are determined by skill, not luck, and may or may not include rewards.
